Start our tour in your hotel in Riga ( Jurmala) Transfer to Sabile (around 1,5h-2h).

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Tasting tour
During the Abavas winery visit, you will have a chance to go on tour of the vineyard accompanied by ABAVAS owners, ask what you wish to find out about viticulture, then head to Vīnotava or the Vinothek for some wine testing. The degustation includes testing six to seven beverages. The price covers snacks in between beverages. Mediterranean snacks are available at extra cost.

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Lunch time
Lunch time in local restourant.

3:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Wine hill
The symbol of Sabile. Even the coat of arms of Sabile bears a cluster of grapes. Sabile Wine Hill is the world’s most northern open-air vineyard as mentioned in Guiness World Record Book.

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Abavas waterfall
The waterfall is 35 metres wide and 0.5 metres high. The AbavasRumba area is one of the most beautiful and popular recreation places in Latvia.

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Return
Back to Riga.
